Shipping policy
Items typically ship in 3-5 business days, in some cases the time frame may be longer depending on how many orders we have ahead of you. We will contact you should your order take longer than 3 to 5 business days to process. All items only ship Monday - Friday when the post office is open.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We recommend Expedited shipping if you want your package insured for $100 and tracked, and we recommend Tracked packet - USA or Tracked packed - International for smaller items that you do not require insurance on but still want tracking.
Canada Post does not offer tracking or insurance on Small Packet - USA or Small Packet - International.
Non-trackable shipping services are used at your own risk.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check if our items can be shipped to their country.
We assume no responsibility for lost or damaged items and do not provide refunds for lost items.
