Use of Designs & Images
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Alberta Laser Engraving reserves the right to photograph, display, reproduce, and use any completed work, designs, products, or projects for promotional, marketing, portfolio, social media, website, advertising, educational, and business purposes.

Material & Engraving Variations
Engraving results may vary due to natural differences in materials, coatings, grain patterns, manufacturing processes, and product finishes. No two items will engrave exactly the same. Variations in depth, shading, contrast, color, and overall appearance are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Customer-Supplied Items
While every effort is made to handle customer-supplied items with care, Alberta Laser Engraving cannot guarantee engraving results on customer-provided materials and is not responsible for unforeseen material defects, inconsistencies, or damage that may occur during the engraving or personalization process.

Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, artwork, spelling, dates, and design details prior to production. Alberta Laser Engraving is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer.

Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom-engraved products, all sales are final unless a manufacturing error has occurred on our part.
