Custom Mug Laser Engraving:

We will contact you via e-mail after your order is placed to get any logo's, images, photos, or clarification we need to proceed with your order.

Please describe how you would like your tumbler engraved in the order comments at checkout. Include what style font you would like, layout, and any other ideas.

We will e-mail you a proof of the design before we begin the project.
Once approved we will begin your project.

All sales are final and non-refundable once a proof has been approved and engraving has begun.

These Mugs are made to order and can take up to a week to get done. 

We will not engrave any copyrighted images or logos unless you can provide a certificate of approval from the copyright owner, or you are the owner of the organization who owns the rights to the image.

Price includes up to two revisions to the design, all revisions after that will be subject to a $5 surcharge.

Text Engraving:

• Leave a note of the text you want to be engraved on the Mug.
• Describe the style, look, and feel you want it to have.

Logo / Line Art Engraving:

• Describe the style, look, and feel you want it to have.
• We will e-mail you to get a copy of the logo or line art.
• Your logo must be black and white & in a vector format AI, EPS, CDR, or SVG.
• If your logo is not a vector or is a low-resolution JPEG, PNG, or GIF please add the vectorize my logo service to your cart.

Photo Engraving:

• The engraving quality will reflect the image quality
  
• For ideal photo engraving, we recommend professional photos
• Cell phone photos and screenshots will be lower-quality engraving
• We recommend black mugs for photo engraving otherwise the darks will be the color of the powder coating instead of black.
